Project Description
The project consists of 293 high-end multi-residential units. The residential portion is 335,002 sq ft, 5-stories wood framed over slab, split with 5-stories wood framed over podium supported on deep foundations. Also included is 4,441 sq ft of ground-level retail, and a 6-story pre-cast parking deck totaling 153,698 sq ft with 488 parking spaces. Exterior finishes are a combination of brick veneer and fiber cement siding. The project is located on a Brownfield redevelopment site.
Product Application
BMetropolitan at the Riverwalk project used Multi-Flash SS & Multi-Flash 500 as a through-wall flashing and a head flashing solution.
Multi-Flash SS was installed for ease of installation and compatibility with multiple cavity wall components.
