Project Description
Senate Masonry installed the Flash-Vent SS product in the McDonogh Middle School. This new project chose York’s product for multiple reasons including its competitive costs when compared to lesser warranted systems. York guarantees a life-of-the-wall warranty, ease of installation, and localized York support. With excellent compatibility with other cavity wall components, Flash-Vent SS was the obvious choice that offered material and labor savings.

McDonogh Middle School used Flash Vent SS Through-Wall Flashing
Flash Vent SS is designed with a flexible 2 mil sheet of Type 304 stainless steel laminated on one side to a polymer fabric and drainage fabric on the opposite side. Compatible with air barriers, spray polyurethane foams, insulations, and construction sealants.
